If you are a Patient seeking a Medical Marijuana Card, you must qualify for one of the following medical conditions and follow the patient guidelines listed on the Office of Medical Marijuana Use to get qualified by an eligible physician.

• Cancer
• Epilepsy
• HIV
• AIDS
• PTSD
• ALS
• Crohn’s Disease
• Parkinson’s Disease
• Multiple Sclerosis
The law also includes as a qualifying medical condition:
- Chronic nonmalignant pain, which is defined as pain that is caused by or that originates from a qualifying medical condition and persists beyond the usual course of the qualifying medical condition.
- Terminal Condition that is diagnosed by a physician other than the qualified physician issuing the physician certification.
- Chronic Pain (Nonmalignant) caused by a qualifying medical condition or that originates from a qualifying medical condition and persists beyond the usual course of that qualifying medical condition.
