ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE & MEMBERSHIP

The MMBAFL is a not for profit membership organization open to businesses and individuals with an interest in being engaged, informed and active in the emerging Medical Marijuana business and regulatory environment in Florida. The organization will be organized with:
General Membership For more information on membership fees, contact the MMBAFL staff.
Executive Committee The organization will be directed by a 7 member Executive Committee of general membership.

Requirements for Membership:

All members must:

  1. Believe in the protection and promotion of the Florida regulatory framework and responsible exercise of business practices in the compassionate delivery of products and services, and
  2. Sign a code of ethics indicating that they are in clear and unambiguous compliance with local and state laws governing businesses and the cultivation and sale of medical marijuana and infused products
